WHAT ARE YOUR GATHERINGS LIKE?
At Ocean City Church, our gatherings have three primary components: worship, preaching of the Word, and prayer ministry. Our gatherings are casual and typically last around an hour and a half.
HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT OCC OR GET CONNECTED?
If you are a first-time guest with us, please stop by the Guest Services table in the breezeway on the way out. We have a little something for you to thank you for checking out Ocean City Church. And we'd love to meet you!
If you'd like to learn more about Ocean City Church, we regularly invite newcomers to OCC to a brief, informal meeting in between our Sunday gatherings called Ac.cli.mate, where you will have an opportunity to hear more about the mission, vision, and values of our church and meet the staff and leadership. For more information about Ac.cli.mate, click here.
I'M VISITING WITH MY KIDS. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Check-in for our OCC Kids environments opens 15 minutes prior to each Sunday gathering at the Guest Services desk in our foyer. Each Sunday, our OCC Kids staff and Anchors have planned engaging, fun, and age-appropriate lessons and activities for all children from 10 weeks of age through 5th grade. For more information about OCC Kids or to pre-register your kids, click here.
During Sunday gatherings, our auditorium is reserved for 6th grade students and up. Parents with newborns are welcome to bring their babies into the auditorium with them, up to 10 weeks of age. The content from our services is streamed into our foyer for parents who, for one reason or another, have a child with them during our gathering.
Once each quarter, elementary-aged children are invited to join the main gathering in the auditorium. Our family services are an opportunity to display our values regarding worship, prayer, giving, and studying God's Word. Togetherness allows us to impart the meaning and worth of these important aspects of faith to our kids.
