Ocean City Church extends financial support to those in need through the Ocean City Church Fellowship Fund and Special Events Scholarships. If an individual expresses need to financial assistance, please share the links below with them so that they may apply to financial assistance.

Fellowship Fund Assistance applications are managed by Ann Macferran. Please refer to Ann with any questions.

COUNSELING FORMS
Counseling for our church family is overseen by Beth Harmon. If an individual requests information about counseling or financial assistance for counseling, please contact Beth, and she will contact the individual to provide the following forms.

Premarital counseling requests are managed by Dave Szarmack. Please refer to Dave with any questions.

This form is shared with those who attend Acclimate to gather feedback for our gatherings.
EXIT FEEDBACK FORM
This form is shared with those who have left Ocean City Church to gather feedback regarding their experience.

ANCHOR TEAM BREAK REQUEST
Share this form with Anchors who have requested to take a break from serving or team duties. This form, when submitted, is sent to Beth Harmon, who will follow up with the Anchor.

TIME-OFF REQUEST
If you are an Ocean City Church employee and requesting time off, paid or unpaid, log-in to your Leave Dates account to request time-off. Be sure to include why you are requesting time-off as well as who will cover you in your absence.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE REQUEST
Use this form to submit a request for a facilities issue to be addressed: maintenance, repair, install, etc.
